For a very long time, mindfulness and living "in the moment" were purely concepts to me. I thought I would always live with anxiety. I didn't see a light at the end of the tunnel or a way out that wasn't quickly obstructed with that all too familiar feeling. I was tired of feeling that heavy weight, heart beating out of your chest, shaky overwhelm; I was over the anxious cycle. If I was going to be uncomfortable, I mine as well be productively uncomfortable. After holding myself back for as long as I can remember, I was ready for more, something for me. I completed my 200hr. YTT, or Yoga Teacher Training where not only did I learn tools that help me daily, but I truly found my "calm". While I may experience anxious energy at times, I feel as though I am on a more balanced path.

My vision is to assist others in finding that balance through movement, meditation, and mindfulness.
