This vinyasa class is performed in our non-heated studio and is recommended for all levels. It will challenge all levels and abilities with modifications provided throughout the class. This is a 60 min class that will begin with a warm-up and end with a cooldown and brief meditation. Each student will experience a personal journey of discovery finding increased strength, flexibility, and balance.
